i got a fast metab, so even when im bulking i stay reasonably lean, this time round on my bulk i want to do it pretty dirty for the first few weeks, then if i start blowing out too much i'll clean it up.. i want to hit 100kg before i even start thinking of cutting back down.

yea thanks colin, im changing my routine around so i can focus a little more on my arms, giving that a go for 1 month see how things improve then ill switch it around, really need to get them growing. there lacking

If you can get your arms as wide as your delts and your forearms proportional to that, you would be perfect.
Pretty damn good. I'm trying to look like that in 2-3 yearsNSCA-Certified Personal Trainer since Feb2013 :)

after 1 week of upping the calorie intake this is the difference already pretty happy with the gains so far

yeah man was really depleted by the end of my cut, weight is just stacking on at the moment, whilst i was cutting i was doing cardio 2x a day, 30 in the morning and another 15-25 at night after my weights session..diet was pretty much red meats/chicken/tuna/grilled flakes with either salad or veggies.
