So im setting up my first actual bulking diet plan, my bulking without a plan has failed as expected...
I am 140lbs 5ft 6" Ecto and wish to bulk cleanly. Id rather eat then use supplements and have been considering which foods to eat when, if anyone has suggestions please?

Doesn't matter WHAT foods you eat.
Just read this and hit your macros, and go for a 300-500 cal surplus for a "clean" bulk.
