This is actually caused from insecurity. Everyone likes to think it's the exact opposite, but it isn't. If you were that cocky, you wouldn't mind that you're being looked at constantly. So everyone saying she thinks she's the center of the gym, isn't that accurate of a statement.
When anyone feels eyes on them, no matter where they are, there is some small, minor insecurity involved. You're little bubble is being jeprodized.

Please, for the love of god, get over yourself. I'm sure you are only imagining these hateful looks from your hoards of haters.
And on the minute chance I'm wrong and women ARE looking at you with disdain, I would bet that it's because you walk around with this air of superiority and unapproachability that is coming through on your posts right now.

Lol, you can't think your hot and be insecure about your looks at the same time. I guess you can put on the cloak of self-loathing, and deep down not really be that way........ Maybe, but that'd make for a helluva twisted concious.
It's either one or the other, you can't really be rooted in both. You know what I am saying?
And yeah, there's a few bitter b!tches in here that think they rule this section. She's one of them.

Actually, it wouldn't surprise me at all if these women aren't self-aware enough to realize that they're insecure and honestly think they are that hot. They don't realize it's the insecurity that has them looking around the room to see who's looking. They spent so much time building up the "I'm hot" persona to try and fight the insecurity that they forget what they really are.
Or, I'm just pulling **** out of my ass. lol.https://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=17995794

Hey that could be a solid hypothesis of the situation at hand in this specific thread. However, I just found that she kind of did it in a different way than most of the threads about this topic. It's usually about the opposite sex, or they refer to themselves as superior. I just didn't see this thread this way, it's all good. I don't go there, and I got more important things to deal with.
Tonights my 1st hard sparring night, im freaking nervous.

Honestly, I'm a little disappointed that I took the bait and posted in another one of these threads.
What are you taking that you're doing sparring? I just moved up to a belt level in TKD that requires sparring. I'm fairly certain it will not be hard sparring, so I'm sure you're doing something far more bad ass.https://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=17995794

I still consider myself a noob around bb.com, but I thought, right from the start, that the fem section was about supporting other women. About discussing issues that are unique to women. I never once thought it was about disparaging women. It's a shame you didn't get that. I am always leery of women who don't like other women or who think the worst of other women. Big red flag.
Good luck in your training goals. No drama: You know where we are.

Muay Thai kickboxing, it's pretty fun. I have a thread going. Although I am two log entries behind. Haven't hard sparred yet, I thought I was supposed to tonight but we didn't. Only three people showed up and I was one of them. Yesterday was the end of week two for that, not very long at all. Never been more sore either. Have taken a few shots tho.
Congrats on the belt move! I didn't know you were into TKD, how long?

Funniest post I have read in a long time. lol.
Ditto.
lol!
haha!
I'll look for your thread when I get back from the gym! I'm interested in taking something like that once I get my black belt and my sons are older.
I started back in April. My younger son started a year ago and when they started a family class I decided to give it a go with my older son and my brother. Turns out I like it more than I thought I would.https://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=17995794

Heyyyyyyy now.
Just try smiling and giving a little nod if women look at you funny (or if you think they're looking at you funny). Many women are only checking other women out because they're curious. And oftentimes people don't even know how their expression (or lack of expression), might be interpreted. So if you catch someone eyeballing you, just change the mood by smiling and nodding--as if the eye contact was a good thing, or that you're happy to make the contact.“Any idiot can face a crisis, it is this day-to-day living that wears you out.” Anton Chekhov

So glad you brought this up girl! It happens to me all the time. I purposly dont wear cute, tight revealing clothes to the gym so that I avoid it atleast a little bit but it still happens. I so much admire a women with a good figure it shows she is dedicated and confindent. Why women have to hate is beyond me.
