lol there is no degree from any acredited university to prepare you with the skills for preping for a bodybuilding show. There is almost no research into low bodyfats or even how to develop maximum hypertrophy. Any research into hormones is thoroughly conservative in dosage etc. There simply isnt enough money to fund research into these areas, or the scientific will to attempt it anyway.

i think the problem is her and roelly aren't on the same page with goals. seen people in their circle post about how she wants roelly to not get too much bigger when roelly knows he has no chance climbing the olympia ladder without going as full retard on growth as possible and then letting his muscle bellies beat vets who are bigger/more mature.. a la Phil Heath.

she has done a good job, no doubt.

but that bench with the bro spot and the squat that wasnt deep.. yes not good form. impressive lifts regardless but easy to get injured in that form

He was huge and fairly tall (I was surprised) talking in Spanish on his cell phone while his old lady pushed the luggage cart around. I think they had six bags on luggage between themselves. If he were a stand-up guy, he would have been pushing the luggage cart.

dude wrong!!!! sibil competed as a female bodybuilder a lot of years , and she trains bodybuilders for over 20 years now .. roelly didn't came to sibil for nothing !!
roelly is the first male pro .. but sibil made him the pro that he is today....

and i think that they are dooin' ok ... if you look at the results since he turned pro .. please name a other pro that got his pro card after him or round the same time as him ..that is dooin so much better than him that some of the reactions here are decent....

i see them almost every day .. there are some things that didn't went as planned last couple off months ( bassicly since the NY pro)
for example .. that indeed sibil had a different picture in her head then roelly had .. but i know for a fact that they are training hard every day now .... so let us see what happens next time on stage
