Atomic 7
I've been on a pretty decent sized recomp this year. So far, since March, I've been able to lose about 50 pounds. However, the greatest accomplishment has come in helping maintain my lean body mass. I've seen minimal LBM loss and I think this awesome BCAA product has had a huge hand in helping out. It's great to sip on pre, intra and post...as well as sipping on it throughout the day when on a fasting diet like I am. When I'm out of Atomic 7, I can definitly tell a huge difference in my recovery time and was amazed at how much this helped out in that department as well as endurance. I drink this pre, intra and post cardio also, and althought Atomic 7 isn't soley to thank, in the past couple of months I went from barely being able to run 100 yards to running 3 miles easily!
I would love to win some of this top notch BCAA product, and not to mention, my birthday was this week!!(hey, that works for some people, haha!)

Haven't posted in here for awhile but thought I'd pop in. I'm a big fan of Real Gains. I'm on a bulk right now and and in the past when I've had it its a great item to have handy to help get some calories in quickly and with some good macros to boot. I don't have a tub right now but would love one!
