First day working out at the student rec center at the university. The rec center is huge and has all of the equipment that I would ever need, so I'm pretty happy about that. Calories will probably be around 3500 today.

Burn from yesterday...
Estimated Calories: 4000-4500
Also, I am moved into my dorm, so tracking calories won't be happening. I'll just estimate daily. My meal plan on campus is the dining halls, meaning AYCE buffets every day, twice a day. The only meal I will have and make myself is breakfast. Needless to say, hitting calories WILL NOT be an issue lol
Here is the setup of my dorm if anyone cares. I will be having three other room mates that haven't moved in, hence the plainness and lack of stuff.

As for your log, you're very refreshing after having to wade through so many logs made by people who obviously either have no clue, or have an ED. Gets quite depressing if you let it.
