Haha, now that would be some serious stuff! *
I'm quite shocked by it myself, to be honest. *
Did snap a quick update picture this evening before bed, but the arm vascularity didn't quite get picked up in the picture. *But I'm getting there!

Thanks guys, have 4 more weeks to get some real damage done. *I think at this point another 3-4 lbs would go a long ways on me so we will see. *Tied my all time low @ 172.2 this morning, so here's hoping I don't have the slow uptick in weight this week like I did last week!

Thanks Jax
That's what I had been doing prior to the Minimus but I got tired of slipping off my shoes jsut for a set. *Basically, I was looking for a shoe that would have as little compression as possible but I could still do box jumps/conditioning work in if I so choose (Oly shoes aren't too conducive for that )New log: http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=144101461

That's basically what swung me after hearing other good things.... mainly b/c the shoes I was replacing for those purposes were the old Nike Free's.New log: http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=144101461

Ha ha... My boyfriend has those shoes and I think they're weird. He keeps trying to get me to buy some, but I don't want to walk around looking like a frog. I'll stick to my Chucks, thanks.
If you aren't willing to work for it, you probably don't deserve it. Victory is paid for in sweat, courage, and preparation, and if you aren't ready to lead or follow you had better be ready to get the hell out of the way.

*While I generally dislike those shoes and think they are pretty awful myself, I think this is a pretty dumb argument people make. *If I drop a 45 on my foot in just about any of my shoes that I wear to the gym, I'm still going to get hurt. *I don't think many shoes offer protection against falling weight.

We had a guy rund the yolk in them, but threw them away afterwards and switched to some work boots for the truck pull. Also, we had a couple of guys that utilized combat boots with a ~4" sole/heel for the loading event. Reminded me of stripper shoes.
Agree. I dropped a 25 on my toe in 8th grade and broke my big toe with shoes on. Boots, maybe, but shoes will not do a whole lot for you.
