Im 6' 225 and want to lean out to about 205.. currently I eat 3 protein bars a day.. first 3 meals of my day. Sip on xtend all day. Drink some c4 before my workout. Then a protein shake after. Have a normal dinner of chicken, fish or steak. All together about 2000 calories a day. Animal pack for vitamins.
I workout upper body 2 days a week. Cardio at least 2 days a week.. Abs at least 1 day a week.. my legs blow up fast and I don't want to keep buying pants..
What can I change to lean out? I have never seen my 6 pack and want to..
