Cool Check this out, health nuts....

They are called Element Bars, this website lets you create your own energy bars and as you add your own ingredients it shows you all the nutritional information as you make it. You control everything that is put into the bar. I paid $2.99 for one and I plan on ordering a lot more.

    http://www.elementbars.com/

you can add fruits, nuts, sweets, and energy boosters/whey protein. (even options for organic ingredients)

oh and they taste amazing, the one I made arrived today.

Good for convenience but why not make you own?

I'm going to try to experimenting making my own health bars by adding whey protein and psyllium (fiber) and stevia for the sweetner.

Other low cal ingredients I can come by. Goal is to make it high protein, high fiber, low calories w/ unprocessed food, all while being tasty. Would be a great snack.
