It seems to know what portion of your sleep period you are actually asleep for, and subtracts the time you toss/turn, wake up, etc. The efficiency score is essentially the time asleep vs. awake for the time you're "laying down".
I've also noticed it doesn't seem to detect naps. It's time for a Breakthrough.

There are sliders you can set for a specific time and it will show what you burned during that time period. Here I've moved the slider to my workout + walking my dog around the park immediately afterwards. It shows I burned 855 calories for those 2 hours.
At lunchtime I burned 182 calories walking to the mall's food court. At 3PM I burned 94 calories walking around the block in 25 minutes. Keep in mind I would have burned 40 calories just sitting at my desk for those 25 minutes anyway.
Can't answer the question about how much it reports burning for jogging/running.

No problem at all. You don't have to apologize to me. Its just getting easy for me to see as I have had it a long time. Everyone is curious at first as to whether it works at all or not. Totally natural to be skeptical. I mean you see people gaining and it sets off a red flag. Believe me, if you saw or had seen the other thread, I was at a major cal deficit. Didn't even have enough sense to eat enough. These people in a 2k cal deficit weren't doing it as wrong as me.

guys/girls im travelling to the US specifically LA and vegas and need to know where I can buy one of these devices in an actual store. Buying online is not an option because theres nowhere to post to! Im leaning towards to BMF but if i can get the BB for much cheaper ill go that option.
At which store will I get a device the cheapest??? preferably including free subscription period. Please let me know
