plain or mixed w/ stuff? they're good both ways. sort of like oatmeal. sometimes i want stuff mixed in and sometimes i want them plain. i usually have lemon chobani as part of my lunch. one of my latest greek yogurt creations: 133 g plain greek yogurt, 1 scoop protein powder, 30 g t joe's wasabi wow, freeze. or instead of the wasabi wow (although that's my fave way), 1/3 c wheat bran and 1 tbsp nut butter, coconut oil or 1 scoop chia seeds. either would make a good base for my pumpkin concoction too but i love my pumpkin and the whole thing too much to try.
