How bad do you want it?
How bad do you need it?
Cause if you want it all

i changed the recipe and made it even better! instead of wasabi wow or the other add-ins i mentioned, i use 20 g t joe's dark choc edamame and 2 wheat bran crackers broken up.

all these concoctions are ruining my desire for real food, but i still get plenty of it.

am guessing it'll be a lot of random protein concoctions, which mine is. either way, thought this would be fun and we could glean some new ideas.

so mine: a mixture made of pumpkin, mixed berries, cashew butter or pistachio pieces, protein powder (right now i use white chocolate), and t joe's high fiber o's, heaven in tupperware

    yours?
You have white chocolate protein powder? Which product do you use? Does it have any strong chemical aftertaste or does it pretty much taste like white chocolate?

My favorite staple is simple: cottage cheese, PB, cinnamon roll casein (XF).
    iabsolutelyloveit.

Sounds phenomenal, which I'm sure it is. If only you could fedex food without the chance of spoilage. -Shrugs-
