    Opinions of my back

What do you think? Any suggestions on getting rid of my stubborn lower back fat? Other than that, do you see anything that needs extra attention?

your upper body looks proportional to me. As for lower back fat im in the same boat bro. Especially like upper part of ass cheeks on the side(no homo).

They say yohimibine is great for getting rid of stubborn fat.
personally Im on EC stack(which may not be a bad idea for you for a few weeks) and going to use yohimbine when i get a bit leaner .

Thanks! Yea, when I leaned down to 165 it was starting to go away but still pretty noticeable. I don't know how low I would have to go to get rid of it, but I'm not really wanting to go lower than that.

I've heard about the yohimbine and the EC. I am a pharmacy student so I know a little too much about the lack of regulations on those products to give em a go. Thanks for the suggestions, though. If I get really desperate, I'll keep them in mind.

    Thanks fellas!

Back routine: I try to hit each muscle group twice a week with at least 2 days between training the same muscle group, and mix up what I do each time.

    Day 1:
Wide grip pull ups - 3 sets to failure
    Wide grip lat pulldowns - 3 sets x 10
    Seated cable rows - 3 sets x 10
Bent over reverse grip rows - 3 sets x 10
    Straight arm lat pulldowns - 3 sets x 10

    Day 2
Various grip pull ups - 3 sets to failure
    Seated high grip rows - 3 sets x 10
    One arm dumbbell rows - 3 sets x 10
    Close grip lat pulldowns - 3 sets x 10
    Weighted back extensions - 3 sets x 15

Monday - Chest, biceps, and abs
    Tuesday - Back and shoulders
Wednesday - Legs, triceps, and abs
Thursday - Off or just cardio
Friday - Chest, biceps, and abs
    Saturday - Back and shoulders
Sunday - Triceps, cardio, and abs

This is what I have been doing... I used to do the same Monday through Thursday and on Friday do a total body circuit hitting each muscle group for 2 exercises x 10 reps each, going through 3 times. I think I'm gonna cycle between these 2 routines every couple weeks just to switch it up.
