I'd say ~19-21%.

Looks like you have some good mass, it's really up to you on whether you should cut or bulk.

yeah i am in the same boat as u i would go for a cut if ur ready to look lean but if u wanna get a little bigger muscles before u get lean then keep bulkin

I'd reccomend cutting any time your bf% is above 18%. You're not looking bad at all bro, but it's so much easier to judge growth progress, and even stay healthy all together when you're at a lower bf%. I'd cut to an optimal range of 8% to 12%, then clean bulk from there man. You're doing good.

I would suggest clean bulk as well. It'll go slower but you could put some mass on in your chest while losing a bit around the stomach. Really depends on what look you are going for. You would look ripped if you cut right now but not overly massive.
