Great news
I have some great NEWS!!
I gained another 4lbs!!! This means I'm currently at 167, I am very happy!! I have never weighed this much everrrrrrr. I still am shooting for 180 before May 17th!
This will happen!!! Lets do this

Post Workout shake
Hey everybody. I just thought I would post a great post workout shake with you guys! It is great tasting and easy to make.
1 1/2 cubs fat-free milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 tablespoon flaxseed oil
1 teaspoon L-glutamine powder
1 teaspoon micronized creatine monohydrate
1 tablespoon natural peanut butter
1/4 cup oats
1 cup crushed ice
2 scoops vanilla whey protein power
1 frozen banana

769 calories
62 g protein
71 g carbohydrates

The Skinnies Transformation Challenge.
General information- Over the weekend I was thinking to myself, summer is almost here! I have to pick It up ☺ I wanted to think of something that would motivate the other skinnies including myself to push themselves harder, right before summer. We all know summer calls for beaches and tons of fun. I don’t want people to be embarrassed like I use to be, so I figured this might be a good motivational tool to push people to reach their goals more quickly! The OFFICAL day that the challenge will start will be 4.25.11 and will end June 30th. This will get everyone ready for the beginning of July, and is good time frame to actually see results, and gains.
Requirements- One of the main requirements is that you take before and after pictures. These pictures must include the newspaper so we know that the pictures are in fact recent. You have to take front, back, side shots, you may take extra pictures if you like. You do not have to take pictures every week, you can surprise us at the end with the final pictures. If you choose to take weekly or every 2 week pictures that is also fine! Lets make this fun, not that much required just before and after pictures. Last point, particpants must become a member of The journey of the skinnies group, then comment on the thread listed in the group for the challenge so we know who is participating !!!!
How will you be judged- The best way to judge this would be to let the other fellow people of bb.com vote on the winners. I will then calculate the numbers and place the winners. Depending on how many people actually want to do this, will then decide how many winners we have such as 1st, 2nd, 3rd. Please guys do not cheat, and tell your friends to vote for you, you’re just cheating yourself. If you must just ask them to vote, and pick that THEY think the winner should be. This is not a who gained the most contest. It will be based on overall improvement, weight may be a factor, but also by looking at the before and after pictures and seeing who made the biggest change ☺
Prizes- I will be paying for the prizes myself ☺ ! They will be some pretty good prizes, so no worries. You will not be let down, they will most likely be highly rated supplements, and also fitness gear!!We Win OR We Learn

Contest
I also just posted pictures from my bodybuilding competition last Saturday. Check them out! I didn't do very well. I was in an open novice division and ended up competing against some big guys. It was a great experience though, and I look forward to progressing even more before I step on stage on the 30th.
