    Most days I take 2 scoops (2 servings) which is 46g's of protein, I aim for a 300g/day of protein though and usually get most of it through food, just use whey as a supplement.

    you should have abnout three shakes aday inless you eat a massive amount of lean meat which i dont think you do. well my first shake is 24 grams, second 24 and my last is 48. the rest of the grams come from whole foods. CLEAN WHOLE FOODS not a burger form burger king.

    The bulk of my protein comes from whey. It's pretty much the easiest and quickest way to get protein into my body. I probably have 3-5 scoops throughout the day, on average. 24g a scoop

    I've eaten soy since i was a little boy...that estrogen thing is nonsense.

    I'm also lacto-ovo vegetarian. Soy= very big part of my diet.
