@SS-HOLE, i just bought a tub today with like 32 servings in it so im gonna have to limit it to 1 serving a day, this has to last me for a month....and my GNC is this military base one and everything is cheap there, lulz to those of you who complain about their high prices

give me the amount of grams in the product
you should have abnout three shakes aday inless you eat a massive amount of lean meat which i dont think you do. well my first shake is 24 grams, second 24 and my last is 48. the rest of the grams come from whole foods. CLEAN WHOLE FOODS not a burger form burger king.yours only. Big E
