I just started back up less than a month ago, my previous PR before my injuries was 315, so I'm pretty happy.Eat. Lift. Eat. Sleep. Repeat.

Updatde: Did a warmup yesterday with some 65s, up to 70,s and for the first time put up 75s. Put up 6 reps, then a set of 4, then a set of 3. For someone who not long ago struggled with 70s, to put up 6 reps with ease my first time with 75s felt great man. I know db pressing 75s isn't much, but we all have to start some where and soon it will be 80s. There honestly is not a better feeling in the world then when you continue to struggle and can't do something and then boom! you break right through it.
A positive mind set and visualising yourself doing it goes a very long way.Every Rep Counts

That's great man. Good to hear you're making progress. Better steady progress than nothing.
haha well I'm red because I posted a motivational quote on the "most motivational quotes" thread and I called people who hate grunters losers and apparently a grunter hater negged me. That's why.
