Your fat intake iss pretty low in comparison to what they preach in the nutrition section. I'm considering trying such a low fat diet but what's your reasoning behind having it so low?

lolwat? 300 pro 150 carbs should be a cutting diet, unless u ate an insane amount of fats, the macro u said has no more than 2.5k cals... 300*4=1200 + 150*4=600 thats 1800 cals from the pro+carbs. then add about 80g of fat which would be normal with that kinda macro, and thats 80*9= 720 cals, 1800+720=2520. u bulkin on 2.5k cals brah?
currently bulking with a similar macro to supa, 4k cals, 350-400 pro, 300-350 carbs, lean bulkin. getting that much protein is easy if you follow a few steps:
-for every meal, add a shake that consists of oats and liquid egg whites, just blend em together (could add a tad of whey to make it taste better) and chug it. 1 cup of eggwhites = 24g pro, 120cals. 1 cup oats = 600cals, 54g carbs. just eat that with some meal or scoop of whey 6 times a day and then b4 bed eat some more egg whites with cottage cheese and ur good. btw. i just buy the cartoned eggwhites, 1L (4 cups) lasts me a day usually, they're pasteurized or something, liquid is whitish, not clear. and eat dem chickenz bra. also 6 scoops of whey = 150g protein. 6 scoops = 3 shakes. then the 1L of eggwhites = another 100g protein. thats 250g from those 2 sources alone, then add some lactose free milks, meats, 10g/1cup of oats, cottage cheese... even pb has a lot of it. easy as **** cuz. i constantly get hungry too. and when i wake up my stomach is killing me lol.
edit: btw. for *******s who would say "but liquid eggs only have 50% value of protein of those that are cooked blablabla..." the eggs are eat are pasteurized, here read up:

Aren't you eating only like 4000 cals or so, if i did the algebra correctly? I would assume with celltech, your weight, and desired weight that you would be at least at 5k+ cals.

Lol, I'm a pretty small dude and I can't imagine eating that much food. I'm cutting right now and eat that much food in like 3 or 4 days hahaha. It takes nothing to maintain such a small frame

lol @ *******s saying he should try and stay lean and bulk.. cut and bulk through winter is the most succesfull way to put on quality mass etc some people really need to take a look at how dedicated they actually are to training/ bodybuilding and need to get big as **** in winter and then diet down hard when summers comming.. who cares if you have a bloated face for half the yr? you will be improving ur physique drastically

Once again another who finds everyone's astonishment with a diet in the ballpark of 4k to be ridiculous. Hes a guy in his 20's who is active, workouts, and unless its a distant thing, probably a pretty active sex life with his gf. He's also getting his calories from pretty clean sources. I honestly see nothing ridiculous with the diet. Additionally a lot of you obviously have no idea how well your body can use protein when using celltech.
Supaturk, keep it up and am very interested in results/feedback on this as I plan a bulk something like this for next winter.
You're going to enjoy walking around at 5'10 and 240, get a lot of mirin and stares, haha. When I was about that size girls would tell me I was the hottest guy they were terrified of, haha.
