did chest last night... and some light cleans and box jumps today.. found out I hsve a bench press test on thusday weight is 249 hope to weigh in at 250 on thursday.... also hit a pr on boxjumps did 42'' 3 times easily definetly an improvement only did it once before... so im satisfied... now resting

Update
Well college ball didnt work out...
When it comes down to it, needed a scholarship to continue to attend school, and didnt get one. Unfortunately in D2 all schools are not full funded, little did I know my school only was funded for less than 20 full scholarships...
My performance, my God honest opinion. I was the second best defensive end on the team overall. My only setback was inexperience (only played 2 years ever), and playing the run (never had to play gap control before) other than that I was the biggest, strongest, most athletic player at my position as well as the best pass rusher by a landslide.
The head coach and I sat down, he told me that the door was open for me to return at any time, my spot is reserved, however he cannot help me financially because honestly the funding is so poor.
I respect that, but I believe if it were a player that the team recruited they would have worked something out, however I was just a walk-on...
Honestly I was the second best athlete on the team (posted 2nd out of 96) players in the summer testing.... Also in about 2 weeks of practices had multiple sacks every practice except one practice which I still had one sack. I had alot of upperclassmen ahead of me, and honestly they were gonna get a shot before me... I eventually moved from 4th to 2nd string by the 2nd week, but I just dont have the money to attend school. I still have a balance left over from last semester that they couldnt cover..
Plans now are to continue pushing forward, gonna go the semipro route again. Cant afford school this was my final run at it.. But I still have pro connections, and still feel that I have the potential to make a pro squad one day... My team is a top 10 D2 team and I was the most athletic/ best pass rusher their so that gives me hope.... Gonna keep trying to get better, and play semi pro again where the last time I played broke team sack record...
