These look like a great bulking food. Great alternative carb source to oatmeal. A bowl is 47 grams of carbs with only 5 grams coming from sugar. I think this is better than oatmeal. Also 4 grams of protein which is better than oatmeal. Also its made from barley mainly so its low on the gi index. Does anybody else think these would be good a couple times a day as an alternative to oatmeal?

I believe they are pretty high on the GI, like a 89 or so???? not really sure but its up there
