I used to train years ago at Als in Bondi Junction (Pete Walls gym) in the late 1990's, Pete Wall could have been a pro if he had really wanted, I always wondered if he hd competed against Lee Priest. Thanks for sharing the pics OP.

He wouldnt be the first Aussie who took a look at what was required to turn pro and decided it wasn't worth it.

Another comes to mind (cant think of his name) Was a massive unit but he told me at an Expo that he was shocked at the pro's striated glutes and how much gear and diueretics was involved, certainly started looking like a very unhealthy "hobby". He just stopped competing at that point and trained for his own purposes.

These pics have been on MD for over a year now...except for one, that was added after he guestposed on Perth. But thanks for bringing them here. I have hundreds of pics of Lee before he started training and then when he started. His grandma, June, was his biggest fan and she also made tons of scrapbooks of Lee with every article and pic. There is so many pics detailing his progression it would make a very interesting book someday :-)

i meet him at fitness Expo last year and he said he was 5,4... the weight was a guess but his height is 5,4.

in terms of his personality a lot of ppl hate him and love him due to him being honest about him taking steroids, and also how some company, sponsors are full of sh!t about there products.
