Well i never really kept track of how many lbs i gained in a week an to tell you the truth my diet was horrible i could of gained more, and the 135-145 pic took a couple months since it was an still is VERY hard to gain weight but when i do its QUALITY weight with little fat gains. My Routine was 5 sets for 5 reps.. Heavy Heavy Heavy =P

Heavy is the key in training man.
I have been doing 16 sets x 24 reps (even for biceps) each set to failure, wasn't making any gains no more, huge pumps, but...
Changed to 8sets x 8 reps sets to failure and I'm making gains fast, skin really feels tight.
Fat seems to go away when you train heavy, you burn it and sweat your ass.

@misleading ... And my diet honestly was horrible man if it was on point i woulda been atleast 180+ by now but i just adjusted it i try an eat ANYTHING infront of me but mostly carbs an protien shakes, my routine is simple every machine i do is 3 sets with reps of 10, 8, 6 but i constantly switch up my workouts.. Focus on Bench, Squats, Deadlifts ect.. something i never focused on before an actually just started doing like 3 months ago lol learn from my mistake."No citizen has a right to be an amateur in the matter of physical training...what a disgrace it is for a man to grow old without ever seeing the beauty and strength of which his body is capable" - Socrates

Your not skinny man you'll get there with the proper dieting/sleep and training haha but thank you for the positive feedback =] an yeah I always get comments on my forearms at the gym and honestly I NEVER do them at all, I just workout without gloves and the exercises I do make them grow thats pretty much it I've never really dedicated a workout just for forearms =P
Haha thank you so much man and yeah ever since I've started working out Ive never done legs till a couple months ago, good thing I started because I've figured out they are one of my best features not to mention the upper body gains I get just from doing legs. Couple more days and I'll have a pic up asap. =]"No citizen has a right to be an amateur in the matter of physical training...what a disgrace it is for a man to grow old without ever seeing the beauty and strength of which his body is capable" - Socrates

WOW. i just want to let u know how much you have inspired me. i wasnt planning on posting anytime soom but after seeing this thread i just had too. i always thought i was the skinniest person ive seen but then i saw your pic. right now i weigh 140lbs but im 6'3" so my body looks just like yours did. for the next year i have nothing but time on my hands. i have upped my calorei intake from 1000 to 3000. it was hard at first but im getting used to it very quick.. if i have half the results as you i would be happy.. good luck with your future progress and thanks for the inspiration!!
