not ready for competition......... wut do i do?

ok so im entered for the ontario juniors, this comp will determine whether i go to nationals or not, so far i think im on the list to go, or so iv been told. only there is one problem, BIG PROBLEM! i have no clue what i did to my wrist but it hurts their is something wrong with it, and its really inhibiting my ability to perform at optimum level, is their anything i can do to kill the pain? like completely drown it out! with medication available over the counter of course, i dont feel like going out of my way to get a prescription from the doctor i know wont grant me.

idk if vicadin is over the counter but my friends tell me it works. ive also heard ECA stack make minor pain from strains go away. but u probably get drug tested so the ephadrine will get u banned. u could just try a cup of coffee with advil. it works for me sometimes, although i dont drink coffee often.

odor free aspercreme helps me with aches.

But it seems like your issue isn't an ache.

I would ice it to try to numb it, assuming that you will still qualify with a slightly subpar performance.

btw not a doctor, just saying what i would do personally

I would try Excedrin, pain killer and caffiene. Also, as said already, wrap it tight. Maybe get some tiger balm or strong icy hot-type balm to rub on it.

600-800mgs of ibuprofen, wrap it tightly and fight through the pain.

Not that I'm strong, but I made about a months worth of PRs with tendinitis in my knee(s).
How many gymrats does it take to screw in a light bulb?

Seven. One to screw in the bulb and six to say, "Bro, you're huge, man! Ripped!"
