ok so im entered for the ontario juniors, this comp will determine whether i go to nationals or not, so far i think im on the list to go, or so iv been told. only there is one problem, BIG PROBLEM! i have no clue what i did to my wrist but it hurts their is something wrong with it, and its really inhibiting my ability to perform at optimum level, is their anything i can do to kill the pain? like completely drown it out! with medication available over the counter of course, i dont feel like going out of my way to get a prescription from the doctor i know wont grant me.
if any of you know of anything please!!!!!!!! btw the comp is on saturday morning witch gives me 2 days to fix this.

idk if vicadin is over the counter but my friends tell me it works. ive also heard ECA stack make minor pain from strains go away. but u probably get drug tested so the ephadrine will get u banned. u could just try a cup of coffee with advil. it works for me sometimes, although i dont drink coffee often.

odor free aspercreme helps me with aches.
But it seems like your issue isn't an ache.
I would ice it to try to numb it, assuming that you will still qualify with a slightly subpar performance.
btw not a doctor, just saying what i would do personallyLast edited by Butterfull; 12-09-2010 at 10:09 AM.

Yeah I just look at it as well.....a person is never really at 100%. I have had a back operation, ankle operation, torn bicep tendon, and my damn knees kill me...LOL. Its just part of the game. Play hard....Get hurt.
