Comments And ThoughtsLeg day went great today, increased in SLDL's and almost every other lift felt lighter. Not only did they feel lighter but I think that I am able to move up more then just my normal 5 lbs and still be able to get great form and range. So for Friday's workout I will probably be moving up on at least one set in lunges, calf raises and leg presses. Intensity was great, the timing that I used for the ActivaTe seems to work the best for me and I will be sticking with 20 min pre-workout from now on. Fullness is good and is great during then day, the pumps in my arms are really noticeable and get painful if I keep them in the same position for too long of a time. Vascularity is increasing still and is impressing me each day.Side EffectsDOMS were once again very intense today, mainly in my biceps and chest. Shoulders were a bit sore but nothing like the other parts. Oiliness is still the same and joint pain is staying minimal. Sleep went alright last night but was not as good as it has been. It took me a while to fall asleep but once I did I did sleep VERY deep and only work up once to take a piss. Libido is very high and still seems to be getting higher. As I said above I am getting great intensity during my workout with the new timing that I have decided to stick with._____________________________________________

Good stuff man. Biceps DOMS are something that I never get. Every other muscle group can get some good DOMS but it just seems like nothing I do results in pain in the bis.

Your lucky as ****! Them and my hamstrings get the worst DOMS out of any other body part, LOL. But I really don't mind them that much just as long as they don't affect my next workout.
Thanks man, yeah I try to increase in at least one workout each time if I can. It seems to be working well and helping me progress nicely. I hope that my improved curling routine will stimulate some progress in the upcoming weeks and bust me off this damn plateau I'm onSi vis pacem, para bellum

LOL, that doesn't sound too good, for you that is. As you know I don't like that much water in mine.
Here is a pumpkin one you can try if you want...
1/2 banana, mashed
1 tbsp natural no sugar added PB
1/3 cup oatmeal
3 packets sweetener
1/4 tsp baking powder (not soda)
1/2 scoop protien powder(choc is good) -usually use between 1/2 cu and a cu.
add pumpkin pie spice, cinnamon, Mix together and bake 300 degrees for 10 minutes. makes 6.Si vis pacem, para bellum

Just got back from the store; me is making the second one with what should be the volume in pudding but replaced with pumpkin and pumpkin pie spice. Then I'm also gonna make the second one like you have it but chocolate pudding and choc. whey. Then I'll do the second one, once again, with butterscotch pudding and choc. whey.
And I'll probably make the first one for the hell of it.

Yeah, the bars are great, I like the first one alot because I'm a PB fiend The second was is good as well but not really a MRP one because of the lack of healthy fat, thats why I said it's good for PWO
Thanks for the kind words on the pics! I'm noticing some real progress as well.
Damn that second one sounds great, with the butterscotch! I might have to give that a try soon. Definitely let me know how that is so I don't waste a batch of my ownSi vis pacem, para bellum
