I'm not sure if this goes here or not. I've been on here for a while just reading and I really want to start working out again, but every time I wake up I really just don't want to get out of bed. I was wondering if there was anything anyone did to really get them going in the morning, like an energy drink or a certain breakfast? Thanks for any input

Get to sleep earlier?
Decide the night before you're going to get up and work out at a certain time, and do it.
Create a workout that you actually like, and want to do.
Set goals that actually matter to YOU. Goals that you're willing to go through discomfort for, even if that discomfort is only dragging your butt out of bed in the morning.A man can only be beaten in two ways: if he gives up, or dies.

If you really want to work out in the morning...you go to bed at a decent time and when the alarm goes off you get out of bed and do it.
Otherwise...there are 24 hours in the day...if mornings aren't doing it for you pick another time of day that does. The self has no boundaries except those it accepts out of Ignorance.
