Hi, my name is Russell Kelly. I am in my senior year of high school and just got out of the football season. I have been off and on lifting since my sophomore year, and have been gathering lifting techniques and eating habits from all sorts of sources. I have a pretty average body type (posting pictures soon) and decided to start clean bulking, which i have started today for about three or four months and then cut until the summer then maintain. I am pretty serious about this and would ask for any advice / motivation that anyone could offer! What do you do to stay on track? I want to put myself in a position to succeed! I thought bodyspace / forums could help me with that!
