Yes. Twice.
The first time they got rescued and had a hard time being back in the real world. They decided to take a cruise and ended up shipwrecked on the same island.
The second time they were rescued they ended up turning the island into a tourist resort. (serious)

The only supplements I buy are:
Scivation Whey
Scivation Xtend
Scivation dialene 4x
and Jack3d when it's on special I grab a ****load of it.
...and a multi
I look for deals and stock up when I find them but I'll get them regardless because I get a good deal to start with. (Thankyou Mr Manager of local franchise).Bench: 572lbs (https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=9RrAfn0TfkY&feature=youtu.be)

My supplements are mostly bulk supplies that I mix to my own recipes.
That's just how I roll.
My only none self mix is post workout, but I could do that myself too if I wanted....I was just lazy when I came time to buy.
Of course I'm not taking anything atm with my back. I think I will take this week off and re-start the workout next week. They have me on a light schedule this week at work....I have the advantage of a manager that also has a back problems, so she knows what I'm going through. I also asked to me moved to another area and be trained and she said I could do that next week.

Hmmm....
On one of the other site I sometimes go to my account was suspended. Maybe it was just a glitch....I hadn't posted there in a week or so and even then it was no big deal. Then again some sites can have nazi mods that change your post and/or edit and delete things for little or no reason.
Being a mod myself on a site I still don't understand the mentality sometimes. About all I don't tolerate are spammers and trolls. They are deleted on sight, and even then I PM them and let them know what the deal is.

No. It would be stomach cramps, constipation, muccus etc.
I am very happy with the way things have been going the last week- my body looks healthier, lots more mass on me. Also feel so much better- including a nasty headache I had for large parts of the day seems to have pretty much gone. I am guessing that was due to a lack of food. Googling does not tell you much about the lack of eating & its effects on the body.

How many hours per week is it? 37, or is it one of those pro-rata ones? What will you be doing- admin work, or is it on a ward helping the doctors etc?

I'm looking for a good PH stack this winter. May just end up going on a real cycle who knows. Sometimes gear is cheaper. Depends. Been out of the loop myself.
When I was in the hospital I'd have loved to have a nurse that looked like you giving me a sponge bath. I had this black nurse washing my winky dink, she was sorta cool luckily I was in too much pain to pop an embarassing chubby. I'm happy to hear this Tiffany. xoBLM (Brock Lesnar Matters)

Hey guys, hope everyone is well. I still have my journal up and running if anyone ever wants to stop by and chat.
I hope wrestling can finally turn around. I enjoyed Raw for the most part and thought Wade came across like a star. Now BFG on the other hand.....Twitter: https://twitter.com/SodaPopinski82

Oh and Scivation Solution 5 because it saves me having to mix a shake up myself in the blender. I hardly use it because I have all my meals prepared for the next day almost every time but it's very convenient when something comes up.
What can I say, I trust Scivation and they haven't steered me wrong yet.

If you have a genuine interest in what it is you do, then you will shine. Don't need the education. It's like I worked out my dads hospital for years (where he currently has 4 bostons that come with a crazy and long story and I might adopt one but back on topic...for now), all I had was the intense interest and I did well.
Ever since I got back into the planted tank hobby I've been able to buy up months of back issues of tropical fish magazines. A common theme that has run through articles of these magazines are how useless local fish stores are now.
People who work there are not going to be rich, obviously. There's no official training program. There's very few resources if any. There is a staff discount. You can read all the books and magazines you want unfortunately ours doesn't have very much in reading material. That is one thing I suggest we change. I talk to customers about their aquariums and sale reps about their products and in that way I learn more but I genuinely like hearing about their set ups and products and what they do.
I regularly visit other local fish stores not named PetSmart or PetCo to see what they are doing. If they are doing something that seems like a good idea for our store, I recommend it. Also when we are out of something or simply don't carry it I have no problem recommending to the customer a decent store for that product.
Most people come in looking for a certain item, some pleasant fish tank browsing with some small talk with the personnel. A fish store is only as great as its personnels interest. Like any industry people should expect a business to be educated. But in this one, you have to look at the people who have a genuine interest because they will be the ones who SHINE.
My dessert:
Vaginal juice, about to go for seconds.

Today's food: 1 bag crisps, 2 small cake bars, piri piri chicken breast with egg fried rice and broccoli, and a Penguin. I'm seriously tempted by another bag of crisps now.

I'm going to train a group of penguins to eat human flesh and then bring them to England and let them in your room at night.
Yeah. Unfortunately customs is a hassle so I will have to bring them via rowboat. Expect me sometime in 2014.Bench: 572lbs (https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=9RrAfn0TfkY&feature=youtu.be)
