I have a home gym(free weight, bench, and squat rack), and want to start doing box squats. Any idea where to get a box?
Thanks!

Isn't the box just used for coming down to sit on? If so use a chair

You need a good rack, a bench, and a 300-lb Olympic weight set. Now, what was your question?

If you're good with tools or looking for a cheaper way, making your own box is a great choice. You can find how-to guides online that show you step-by-step what to do. This way, you can make the box just the right size and strength for what you need. I made my own box, and it really suits my gym space well. You just need some wood screws and to be ready to put in some work. Also, sometimes gyms sell their old equipment when they're getting new stuff or closing down. Looking on websites like Craigslist or ******** Marketplace or checking out fitness forums can be a smart way to find used gym gear without spending a lot. This approach might take some time and effort to find a good deal, but it can really pay off.
