A little bit O/T. But where are good places other than youtube to watch any sort of bodybuilding footage? (Contest, training, etc).
Find it so frustratingly difficult to acquire any sort of decent quality footage. I think if there was more readily available footage the sport would be increasingly more popular.
Anyway, I wanna start making some bodybuilding vids like others on youtube. Any suggestions are much appreciated.
At OP: I saw the movie on youtube, does this mean it's been taken down?

you are ****ing stupid first off
just because someone is a great natural does not mean they would get huge from steroids
there bodies might not react well to steroids
and i didnt say i believed if he was natural all we have is his word and i would like to believe he is and alot of ppl who claim natty are not
look at skip la cour he claims to be natural too
thats beside the point this has been discussed to death before anyways

Not to beat a dead horse here, but I think it makes a lot more sense to give him the benefit of the doubt and believe he's natural than to be all suspicious that he isn't. Just from watching the video he seems like an honest guy. Maybe, just maybe, he actually is natural! Like he said, you can have your own opinion, but if you put restrictions on what is possible, you are only limiting and hurting yourself. Thing is, nobody knows except him, and I prefer to believe he's telling the truth.

Idk man, its kinda hard to grow and maintain on powders. The body burns off shakes (in terms of calories) way quicker than meat and food carbs. I cant imagine having that strength and size on liquid meals and only one food meal at the end of the day.
I definitely believe this guy is natural, but I once read he believes natural bodybuilders should get as much help as they can from supplements and test boosters.

You realize that when that DVD was filmed he was just maintaining, and maintaining at a level far far from his peak. He's easily 30-40 pounds under his peak weight so it's not crazy to think that he's telling the truth.
It's not like he's claiming to have won his IFBB pro card while eating one whole food meal a day.
