Possibly going to move onto a 4 or 5 day upper/lower split, where bodyparts are hit twice per week.

the smile on my face couldn't be bigger...well it could if i wasn't in pain but still you get the idea
i upped my barbell squat from 120kg x5 to 130kg x5...the first 2 went up and down quite easily but the last 3 were super hard
also my investment in straps has paid off, my deadlift went from 130kg x3 to 130kg x5 (not a huge jump but it was a comfortable and controlled 5 reps as opposed to 3 reps where my grip ran out) and i think i could have done more, i can't wait till next week to get back at them
feels good manLast edited by danyuill; 08-04-2010 at 06:50 AM.

Got 16 days to reverse this mini weight gain, keep workouts consistent, and see if I can be where I wanna be at before this at least 6 week layoff.

Thanks. Doubtful thought. Knowing my luck, I'll get an infection, and have to have my whole foot amputated or something. Would not be cool.
I knew you would. It was done mainly for your benefit. I keep saying that in real life now, and everyone always questions why I am so ''intense'' about things. rofl.BRB' Projectile Vomitin'
