Possibly going to move onto a 4 or 5 day upper/lower split, where bodyparts are hit twice per week.

the smile on my face couldn't be bigger...well it could if i wasn't in pain but still you get the idea

i upped my barbell squat from 120kg x5 to 130kg x5...the first 2 went up and down quite easily but the last 3 were super hard

also my investment in straps has paid off, my deadlift went from 130kg x3 to 130kg x5 (not a huge jump but it was a comfortable and controlled 5 reps as opposed to 3 reps where my grip ran out) and i think i could have done more, i can't wait till next week to get back at them

this is very true, just making sure he incorporates some other sort of forearm work if not becasue you can easily become dependant on straps

yeah man i know using straps stops my grip getting a workout, but i have forearm exercises incorporated into my bicep routine so i was just gonna add 2 more exercises to that so they get a good work

off topic, but would placing a block underneath the heels or toes help to get deeper... i can never quite get the last bit when going atg due to flexibility(heels lift up)....working on that with the third world squat, but just wondering

under the heels yes, it would allow you to get deeper. olympic shoes do the same thing.

i find high bar helps with getting depth aswell, but i cant use as much weight.
