The conversions don't work very well IMO. For example the one bodyspace uses undershoots my 1 rep max by at least 10-15lbs and most others I've seen undershoots even more.
I gave up on the bodyspace thing and I rarely do 1 rep maxes so I just say I lift whatever I can do for 5 reps.
Its highly likely that the conversions over-shoot for some people and undershoot for others. I guess it just depends on what type of lifting you do.

Wardog How many at 225 could I get if...
How many reps at 225 could I theoretically do, if I once (when i was 43) could do one rep at 310 then dropped to 265 and did 8 reps. That same set, after doing * reps at 265, I know I got 14 reps at 245, but I can't remember how many reps I got at 225 (was maxing out) after doing the 14 reps at 245. I had my one-rep best of 330 on a previous day. in that same week.
At that time I was 43, 175 lbs 5-10 with exceptionally long arms (34 inch sleeves for my dress shirts)
