Anyone had any positive experience with a fat burner? I workout 5 days a week and cardio 3 to 4 days. Recently put on some unwanted weight due to stress in my life. I kept working out though and became strong and on the fat side. I was able to drop 20lbs but can't drop any more. Thought I might try a fat burner. Thoughts?

Without knowing more than what is presented, DS Lean Xtreme.
More details may change or at least have me add to that rec though. The greatest obstacle to discovery is not ignorance- it is the illusion of knowledge.

Before trying any kind of fat burner, I'd suggest looking at your diet first. Ingredients you should make sure you are cutting back as much as possible on are:
CAFFEINE
CORN SYRUP
DEXTROSE
FRUCTOSE
HIGH-FRUCTOSE CORN SYRUP (HFCS)
HYDROGENATATED STARCH HYDROLYSATE
INVERT SUGAR
LACTITOL
MALTITOL
MANNITOL
POLYDEXTROSE
SALATRIM
SALT
SORBITOL
SUGAR
TAGATOSE
XYLITOL
ANYTHING THAT SAYS HYDROGENATED OR ENRICHED
FOOD DYES
You should also be eating regularly and around 6 times a day. You should be creating a calorie deficit (taking in less calories than you are burning in a day). Eating more fiber a day will also help you lose weight as insoluble fiber helps your digestive system and soluble fiber makes you full and curves your appetite. Cinnimon is also a great spice for your foods that helps to reduce your insulin levels blocking fat storage. And, if you like soy products, O'Soy Organic Yogurt is amazing for regulating your digestive system and is one of the few yogurts I have found that doesn't have any of the ingredients above!
If you are just plain set on buying and using a diet pill, then lean xtreme is one of the more effective ones that I hear about around the gym. A lot of people use it and it seems to be safe.

SNAC Aerobitine
Aerobitine - The Ultimate Anti-Fatigue/Fat Loss Formula
AEROBITINE™ was designed to reduce fatigue and promote energy, stamina, strength and endurance. Some of the ingredients have been shown to decrease the buildup of lactic acid or the “fatigue acids.” Aerobitine enhances aerobic exercise performance by increasing nitric oxide levels, which improves blood flow and circulation. This increases oxygen supply and nutrient delivery to working muscles and helps to remove metabolic waste by-products like lactic acid, carbon dioxide and ammonia. Aerobitine may also help to regulate blood sugar and promote fat loss by increasing glucose uptake by muscle cells, preventing fat cell deposition.
Ingredients: L-Citrulline Malate, L-Arginine, Folic Acid, R-Lipoic Acid, Biotin, Vitamin C, Blended Tocopherol Complex, Selenomethionine
(120 capsules)
