this question is for competing bodybuilders only. this is my 3rd bodybuilding competition i am enetering and it takes place june 11. i always set target weights that i wanna reach for bulking and cutting. my last 2 shows, i bulked to my desire weight then did a maintenence diet until i was ready to cut. this year, i set the bar a little higher, and wanted to reach 195 before cutting. right now, im 5'8", 188 lbs at about 9-10% bodyfat. i plan to start cutting for the competition june 19 which gives me 12 weeks.
my question: would you recommend bulking up til june 19 then start cutting the next day or should i give myself some time in between the 2 (a couple weeks) to eat a regular diet to maintain my weight. my concern is that my stomach has grown a lot from eating so much, so itll make cutting that much harder.

Okay. This looks good. You want to start seriously cutting at 12 weeks out. But... Begin your cardio about 2 maybe 3 weeks before you really start hardcore cutting. Now I'm not saying do your full 45 minutes a day, I'd reccomend do 15 easy minutes 3 times a week, like on Mon,wed, fri. The next week bump it to 20 minutes, then 30, etc. until you're 12 weeks out. this is beneficial to your body because it will lessen the shock of a lot of cardio and also get your stamina up because I'm assuming you didn't do much cardio while you were bulking or maintaning. Good luck in your comp.
Find that spark inside you, and make it into the biggest F***ing bonfire anyone has ever seen!
