Alright. I'm finally getting this up here. Anyways, I gotta get out of here soon, but here's the basics.
I'll be running this on a 180g Carb/Day meatless diet. (Which if you have any experience with that, cutting carbs is really hard while keeping up on your other nutrition). My only supplements will be a twice daily Multi-Vitamin and Torrent Zero.
Starting this at 168 lbs., 6' 2" and I'd say somewhere around 11-15% bodyfat. (Using waist/neck measurements, no calipers).
Morning Cardio:
2.14 miles - 15:00
3 minute break @ 4.0 mph
0.5 miles - 2:40
1 minute cooldown @ 4.0 mph
Breakfast nutrition:
950 Calories
25.5g Fat
138g Carbs (42 leftover)
-65g Sugar
49g protein
Quick notes on the cardio:
This is my first week of cutting down carbs and starting morning cardio since track season ended. I am definitely feeling it, and was starting to feel a bit sore as soon as I hit the 10+mph 1/2 mile. Hah, I'm sure my body will get used to it, and my legs had a quick recovery as usualy. But I thought I'd throw this quick note in.

Alright here we go. First day back in the gym for a week, so I decided to do arms and legs. I must admit the drop in carbs led to really weak pumps. So hopefully Torrent will keep me sustained until my body gets accustomed. Keep in mind that this was a fairly "in and out" day, so most days will be a lot better than this.
Pre-Workout Nutrition:
2g Fat
3g Carbs (39 leftover)
-2g Sugar
18g Protein
Workout:
Curl/Skullcrusher warmup sets.
Dumbell Curls - 3x10 @ 35 lbs.
Tricep Extensions - 3x10 @ 40 lbs.
21s with EZ-Curl Bar - 3x21 @ 45 lbs.
Bench Dips - 3x20 @ body weight.
Squats 3x12 @ 185 lbs.
Leg Press 3x8 @ 400 lbs.
After this I was going to go on to do a few more quick leg machines and treadmill, but I was wiped.
Post-Workout Nutrition:
3 Scoops Torrent Zero Apple Jacked
106 Calories
1.5g Fat
3g Carbs (36 leftover)
-1g Sugar
20g Protein
I'm not going to bother listing all the extra great stuff that Universal has in Torrent Zero, but I must say, this is a fantastic supplement. Some of the soreness is definitely going away, and it tasted absolutely fantastic!
Anyways, off to do a bit of core before work.

Vegetarian, not Vegan. Sorry for the lack of updates. I've been really stressed on time lately with graduation coming up and work really starting to kick in hard. But I have gotten to the gym 3 times in the past 4 days. Will give y'all a lot of detail later, but to be quick...
Torrent has definitely been sustaining me, but I'm going to up the carbs from 180g to 210g per day with 5k season comin' in fast, keeping the carbs too low will result in less than satisfactory performance. I've definitely noticed a loss in pumps, but it's still a lot better than when I've dieted with other supplements. I've shaken off about 2.5 pounds without losing muscle. (In fact I think I may have even gained a tad bit of muscle weight). I can definitely tell that I'm getting denser, and over the next week I think upping my carbs a bit will definitely provide a fantastic gym week.
Anyways, thought I'd make sure and get in a quick update to make sure y'all didn't think I was abandoning you.
Also, in answer to your first question the flavor's great. It's got that sweet/sour apple taste and a little bit of frothiness.
I'll try to get in a full log for the past few missed days when I'm back from work, anyways... Off to the gym for now!
