Started taking OT about 2 weeks ago. I dose 2/2/2 instead of the recommended 3 pills 2x/day. Noticed I have neon pee while on this supp. I drink a gallon of water a day but was wondering if I'm pissing away those vitamins or what? i understand that this is normal but I'd rather not be pissing away vits.

Based on some of the daily values in the product you could likely drop the dose down to 3-4 tablets/day and still cover your bases in terms of vitamin needs.

This would make the $30 bottle last 60-90 days instead of just 45 days.

Would the joint, immune, and digestion formulas be significantly affected if I dropped it down to 4 pills/day u think?

Yes, the full dose is suggested, the extra b vitamins are excreted in the urine and make it the yellow color. Its normal with any well dosed multi

I knew it was pretty common but just didn't want to be wasting money on multis taking 6/day if the neon color meant my body was just pissing them away at that dose.

i take the 6 every morning. my joints feel great when i take it. my piss is always neon green, its just bc whatever your body doesnt absorb you pee out, even if ur drinkin 5 gallons of water. best of luck to ya

It is specifically Riboflavin (Vitamin B2) that causes neon green pee. No other vitamin changes urine color.

Any stronger multi with a large dose of Riboflavin, or any B-complex supplement will cause your urine to change color.

lol I take them too and I think it was luekic from MT or something awhile back and my piss was neon yellow swear it could of glown in the dark and since it was so cool looking I kept it in the toliet and went to get my friend. In the meantime this dude walks into the bathroom and i here him go WTF is this? Did someone break open a glowstick lol

does it mean anything if your urine stays mainly clear??? i took OT like maybe 2 years ago and used to have the neon piss, but i stopped taking it and took some over stuff on and off. and last week i started to take OT again but my piss is still pretty clear.

b6 and b12 do the same thing to your urine. also taking 6 all at once is really not the best idea. just do 2-2-2 its the best route. I bring mine with me to class..

6 and nope unless the orange oximega greens has some in it. and my water intake... is good i guess? but it's always been good.
