you will respond to products differently, jack3d did nothing for me while presurge unleashed and white flood do give me energy. i only tried the sample of white flood so cannot speak for it too much but presurge unleashed i've been taking for about 2 weeks now and still get good energy from 2 scoops.

like several have said,everyone reacts different to every pre w/o....what works for some dont work for others,White Flood is the best ive ever used

I get like that for a lot of workout supps. Either I don't have enough or too much. My body seems to have a very little range that works well for it, usually a pretty high range, but once i go over it, it's still no good. However WF I'd say has probably worked best for me out of anything. How many times have you tried it? Try eating some carbs with it and see if that doesn't help. That being said, some pre-workouts just dont work well for some people, or sometimes even pre-workouts in general dont work well for some people. I'm one of those people because I deveop resistance fast and once I do tend to start using unhealthy amounts to get that same rush (even after only 1 week or 2 of use).

I TEND TO DO THE SAME AS WELL,but white flood is the only one that doesnt "not work" after a while,although i do have to take 4 scoops sometimes,which i know is not good,most of the time i either eat alot of carbs with my meal before taking it or mix a couple of scoops of Glycomaize with 2 scoops of white flood,much safer than 4

Unfortunately with most Nitric Oxides everyone reacts differently, you really need to try everything on the market yourself until you find the one or two that work for you and cycle them round (you will probably get tolerant to one after awhile)
There have been nitric oxides that do not affect me at all while my friends will get a massive pump, then there will be ones I swear by and people on the board don't like them at all

I feel the same way about WF, worked my way through a whole tub basically just using it for the caffeine kick. Perhaps if I was being generous I notice a slight tingling and energy increase when taken with ALOT of water (1.5l+ maybe) but even then... not impressed.
This was my first pre workout supp too, I'll try a couple more before giving up.

WF is amazing (regardless of the AAKG in there) and shocked it did not do anything for you. On the flip side I have been trying the new Ultima and it has done absolutely nothing even with 2 scoops so I guess different products effect people differently and you have to keep trying to you find one that works for you.

I just picked up some white flood, and since I'm cutting at the moment, didn't feel like using the suggested 2 scoop serving, as it would mostly get wasted. I ended up doing about 3/4 scoop, and whilst I didn't feel jittery, I did feel like I didn't have to stop! I added 20-30 lbs onto my leg workouts with no more effort, and that was in a semi-fasted state, as I had to work out before my usual time today.
Not sure if I got a huge "pump", but I definitely felt increased energy and increased lifts, and that was on a cut and only 3/4 of a scoop. I can't wait till I start my bulk and pop 2 scoops of the stuff.
Oh, and electric lemonade tasted awesome.
Shame you aren't seeing much from it, perhaps you'll get more benefit from others.starting stats 08/4-158.5 lbs,95cm waist, ~25% body fat
current stats 16/7-146 lbs, 81cm waist, ~13.0% body fat
original short term goal = 16 July = 12% BF. Actual reached = 16 July = 13% BF.
New short term goal = increase calories by 250/week, hope to hit 10-11% BF by the time I reach my bulking calories (3rd Sept).
Medium term goal = 160 lbs @ 10% body fat by April 2011
long term goal = 180 lbs, 10% body fat

Look into something like Power shock by VPX if your looking for a good pump. That has the Nitrates in it that NO HYPE is talking about. Also make sure to take Vit C and NAC with it to enhance the NO effect. Ive never tried C bol so I cant say how it is. I think you can get Power Shock for like 24$ to.
