Wow.
Cant believe I made it.
I've lost 140 pounds and for the first time in my fitness life I'm ready to put on some muscle.
I loaded up the cupboards with boxes and bags and tubes of brown rice, oatmeal, cans and cans of tuna, a few 5 pound tubs of ON whey and casein. Loaded up the fridge with pound after pound of chicken breast.
I'm ready. Totally re-engineering my thoughts and habits on dieting. Its so hard. So different. So crazy.
Compound lifting x3 per week with ab work on off days at approx 3000-3200 cals per day.
Current sups.
ON Whey
ON Casein
GNC Creatine Monohydrate
ON ZMA
ON Optimen Multivit
NOW EgCG
ON Fish Oil
Jack3d (Pre-workout)
I am so freakin psyched! But I seriously need muscle. My avatar pic is flattering, but a lot of my shots without a shirt on are not.
And yes, I have lots of problems with loose skin on my lower stomach. Sucks but it is what it is.

Amazing and congrats to you. One word of caution be real sensitive to your body what makes you want to go off on a binge. I never did that til now and I had probably gained and lost not including this time about 300 lbs. Being sensitive to that has made a big difference this time. Big respect goes out to you, you look great.

Thanks all you guys. I really hope with this bulk I put on enough quality mass that when I cut again I'll be totally diced!!!

Great progress OP!
I had a similar loss (110 pounds) and walked around looking like a pasty 155-pound Ethiopian until I decided that I could put on "good weight - AKA muscle" without reverting back to my previously hefty self.

Took about 2.5 years.
By 3000 cals I meant thats what I will be bulking on. To cut I was eating 1400-1600 cals per day.
I WILL be meaner, but not leaner! At least..until I do another 15 week cut after this bulk Progress pics will come!"Strength does not come from winning. Your struggles develop your strengths." - Arnold Schwarzeneggar

Hey brotha!!! We've talked before and I'm glad to see that you are deciding to put some muscle on. EAT, LIFT, SLEEP, and REPEAT is all you need to focus on. Don't be discouraged if you gain 6 pounds the first week depending on how you been eating...it's mostly water weight. Focus on the macros that you have set up and you will have good success. You will also be suprised that once you put on a little weight/muscle onto your frame your lower ab problem will start to disappear. Look forward to watching another great transformation part 2 take place....
best of luck,

dude, you look awesome.
Im so excited to reach that point myself, you are an inspiration to me. its getting rough as I pass through 20% and move down through the teens. I imagine that I have 2-3 months left in my transformation until I can reach a bodyfat % for bulking.
Congrats again, and thanks for sharing

Thanks man. Teens are the hardest! Expectations are the highest and it just doesnt seem like the days and dieting go quick enough to ever reach. But it will. I havent even been sub 14 or so yet, but I'm going to wait until I add a few pounds of lean mass before I dip down to the 10% club.
