A programm that's not including squats?

I have a problem... for the next 3 months or so I have to work out at home, and I have no squat rack

I'm currentlu on a clean bulk and I was wondering if there is a good program that does not include squats

I'm thinking of WS4SB which has single leg dumbell squats. Other ideas?

I'd prefer a 3 dau program. reps for good answers

The problem is, a program that does not include squats... is likely not a very good program.

Just find a program, and adjust it to what you need...just do what you can.

Im in same position and use barbell hack squats or front squats. Adjust, you definetly want squats as part of your routine It will be ****ing with programmes but it's better than none.

I work out at home and do lighter weight 20 rep squats, heavier hack squats, and lunges. It's probably not ideal, but works decent enough. I would think any kind of bulking routine would include some sort of squat.

Do you have a BB? If you do then you can do front squats by cleaning the bar into position.

    Otherwise this ^^^^

Just choose a program that suits you best and replace squats with another exercise that you can do.

    Hope this helps

As long as you deadlift, you could at least maintain leg mass and possibly even their conditioning level. But there's some other, sound advice in this thread.

You can do front squats at home without a rack. You just need to clean the bar to your shoulders first. It's not very difficult at all.
