Hey guys, in need of some help.
I've been working out for about 9 months now, been through trial and error. But recently, i was confused if i should bulk up or cut down. As i never really had a strict diet. I just consumed protein per pound of body weight but wasn't really counting calories.
Also, what is the purpose of bulking up? get stronger? get bigger faster? or..?
I'm 85kg (187lb) and not so sure bout my bf% cos accu measure is so annoying to use, maybe around 19+% bf.
Well, nways, tell me what i should do. Cheers big people!
