800 Calorie deficit, weights 5x a week and 16 min run...recipe for Weight Loss

Working on a 800 Calorie deficit, lifting weights 5x a week with a 16 min run @ 6 mph after each workout and stacking all of this with iForce's Adipoxil. recipe for weight loss? Or does the cardio need to be longer

Its a recipe for weight loss though could be a combination of loss of fat and muscle along the way.

With the training regimen you have outlined, I would start out at a 500cal deficit and then make adjustments from there. Keep protein intake high.

Your choice in the end. Train insane.

I dont know what your sets and reps are but max-ot is a program where you train 1-2 muscle groups per day, so 5 days a week, and you also do 16 minutes of intense cardio.

My training regimen looks like so:

    Monday: Tri's
    Tuesday: Shoulders/Back
    Wednesday: Bi's
    Thursday: Chest
    Friday: Legs

All of this will be followed my cardio. Each set is 7 Reps x 3 with 5 different exercises targeting the particular muscle of the day.
