On a carb binge, about 15k. Averaged over 10k a day for a good week, though.
On a fat binge...can hit 10k easy. I'll go through a few cans of mixed nuts (2500 each) and a jar of pb (3000 each) pretty easily in a day on top of all the meals. But I'll ease into a fat binge week....here's the first day of my last one (10k calories)
6AM-9AM: 6x100cal packs cocoa roast almonds, 2 containers 2% cottage cheese, 2 scoops choc. whey protein, 2 servings ground flax seed [total: 1700]
9AM-10AM: ~1/2lb chicken salad (with Mayo) from Deli [total: 500]
10AM-11AM: Egg white (6x) omelette with 2 sausage patties and 2 slices Swiss [total: 500]
11AM-2PM: 1/2 pound (8 servings) in-shell Peanuts [total: 1360]
2PM-3PM: 12oz Rib Eye steak from Ruby Tuesday, no sides [total: 700]
3PM-4PM: Ham & Cheese wrap (w/o tortilla), Turkey & Cheese wrap (w/o tortilla), Roast Beef & Cheese wrap (w/o tortilla) [total: 900]
4PM-7PM: 1/2 pound (8 servings) in-shell Peanuts [total: 1360]
7PM-8PM: 4 large pieces grilled chicken with cheese, 1/2 pound italian sausage [total: 2000]
8PM-9PM: 1/4 pound (4 servings) in-shell Peanuts [total: 680]
Total: 9700 calories

i want to see Michael phelps on a "binge" day..
doesn't he average around 7k in a maintenance because of his Olympic activity level or something?"Your body is the only thing you carry with you from the moment you are born until your very last breath."

When I got into dieting about a year ago and actually started paying attention to calories, I would guess about 8K a couple of times. Before that, I have no clue. However, I do know that I never had a problem stuffing myself silly at those chinese buffets when I was fat.

probably around 13500cals ++
Breakfast: Pancakes (many pancakes...) + eggs + a ****on of syrup + icecream = 2500cals
Snacks: 1.5lb milk chocolate + LOTS OF MILK 1500
Dinner: Order of onion rings large (2) + 1/2 pound hamburger + 3 large sodas 2000cals
Desert: 1/2 safeway sheet cake vanilla with raspberry filling (yeah the large ones aka a whole bakers sheet is a cake) 7500cals
Birthday @17years old. Tasted good man. That above is only what I can remember... probably more was eaten between meals. Eating half a sheet cake was a great accomplishment.... it was a glorious dayLifting to put on size/strength for MMA. Been training since I was 5, and currently looking for a training partner @UCLA.

I've done well over 30,000 at a few eating contest and challenges. like just recently I ate around 10 pounds of corned beef. so what ever that totals to.

Yesterday for Easter dinner, I have a pretty large amount of food...
A good pound of honey baked ham, 4 deviled eggs, ton of green beans cooked in olive oil, few roasted potato balls, some "southwestern salad" (containing corn, black beans, avocados, grape tomatoes, etc...)
THEN for desert... I splurged on a slice of sweet lemon cake, about 6-7 mini fruit tarts, and some of my sisters home made caramel-chocolate-graham cracker desert.
I'd say 4k easily. Thankfully that's all I ate for the day though, since I'm doing IF training... so it wasn't TOO bad.Upgraded from "curls for the girls" to "rows for the hoes".

i have consumed shameful amounts of calories before i cared about health. example of a day i can remember would be a big fry-up for breakfast, subway for lunch, pizza hut for dinner with family then went out and drunk silly amounts of alcohol followed by a large doner kebab.
those were some bad times.
