Just yesterday, I realized I drank 4 whey protein shakes in 1 day. Today, I feel like a fat ass! I'm wondering if it was the shakes that caused this or what.
My first shake was 1 scoop of protein, 8 oz of milk, and some oats (hr before my actual breakfast).
My second & fourth shake were just 1 scoop of protein and 8 oz of milk.
And my third shake was my post workout shake, which contained 1 scoop of protein, a banana, 2 tablespoons of peanut butter, and 2 tablespoons of chocolate fat-free frozen yogurt (tastes delicious!)
Was that too much for one day, or is that fine? I'm currently bulking, if this helps.
BTW, 1 scoop of my protein powder is 26g of protein (4g carb, and 2g fat at 150 cal)

I can easily get 150-180 grams of protein through shakes on my busy days and the rest in like 3 solid whole food meals. Some shakes are blended with oats and pb though........just eat and don't worry if you're trying to bulk. And yea at 170, 250 or 300 grams would be an adequate protein intake for gaining.

I'm a little worried though.. Even though I'm trying to bulk, I'm trying to hold myself back a little bit so I don't get too fat. Once I'm done bulking though (pry 3-4 weeks), I'm probably gonna cut so I can lose some of my fat for summer time.
Quick question, if I did bout 10-15 min of cardio 3 days a week in the morning before I ate any food, would that affect my gains?
