Yea I agree, I used to love summer back when I was younger and not fat lol, but damn I haven't been swimming in a pool or the ocean in about like 6 or 7 years, sucks. Can't wait to finally be able to take my shirt off without being embarressed about how fat and nasty I look.
Especially can't wait to get a nice tan. Man this is going to be the best summer I've had in years.

Today was pretty good. I lifted and did cardio, which I've always found tough on the same day. I DL'd for the first time in ages. I got 315 up (my PR is 405). I also tried mixing peanut butter with cottage cheese for the first time. Not bad. I did have some Bailey's Irish Cream in my coffee today. I counted the calories, but at 100 per 1.5 oz shot, it's going to have to be a once in a while thing.

Weighed in at 222.0 this morning.
Last night was the first night in a while that I felt like getting really ****ty ****ty drunk. I managed a little self control though and only had 2 Mich. Ultras.
Oh well. Looking forward to breaking 220 next Sunday. This **** is amazing.
Time for my Egg white and apple breakfast. What does everyone put on their egg whites for flavor? I use a little salsa !0 cals per 2 tablespoons, but looking for a little variety.....1/4/10: +/-243 lbs

203.4 lbs this morning...down exactly 20 lbs from my highest point in 63 days (9 weeks).
I put up my OBF contest pictures this morning, and I'm ready to keep plowing ahead. I see that I've been slightly ahead of the 2 lbs/week mark usually quoted as healthy loss, so I'm not sure I want to try to speed that up. As long as I can keep losing at this rate, I'll be very happy.
Edit - I eat whole eggs, myself. Still only 70 calories each.Last edited by PressEnter; 03-07-2010 at 05:49 AM.

Down to 207 this week. I was hoping to have another 4lb loss, especially because my workouts were better this week and my cheat meal wasn't that big. Still, I'll take it. Hope everyone is doing well.

Weighted in yesterday morning and lost another 3lbs this week, so now I am down to 225.4 and have lost a total of 13lbs in 4 weeks. This afternoon I decided to go on a run and felt really good so I kept running. Ended up doing 6.6 miles in 1:04. Considering that in January I couldn't run a mile without stopping, I think I am making some really good progress.

I definitely ate too much yesterday, but was still surprised to be up 3 lbs today! I'm not worried about it, but it is motivation to work harder! I started a more structured workout program today, and it went as well as could be expected.
I'm going to try and drop my calories slightly to 1800 per day, which is about what my BMR would theoretically be at my goal weight of 175 lbs.
