I was very busy last Friday and I had to skip my leg day. I train at my work office so I can't get in on the weekends. I train Monday/Back-bi, Wed/Chest-Tri-Shoulders, Fri/Legs... Should I do some Leg work today (Monday) Along with my Back and then hit them again on Friday to return to my normal routine??? I'm always looking forward to back day on Mondays
Yeah that should work just fine... Hit the legs a little today but be carefull not to overtrain. Hit them again Friday if you feel they are up to it;-)
