    My friend said the Milk stuff at GNC will make me add like 15 lbs of muscle. True?

    whats the milk stuff? muscle milk? meh, tastes good but too many cals for me

    Pick up any 100% whey. They are all pretty much the same. Whey has the fastest absorbtion rate.

    Yeah, Milk Muscle, that's it. I was also thinging of buying a blender or two to get the shakes made. Is this a good idea. Do I need to use ice to make it like a smoothie?

    What are those bottles that guys carry around at the gym?
