    Lifting routubne I guess it'd be a push/pull/legs 3x a week.

    Ok, but for how long all together that you run?

    Ex, I do sprints intervals at time... not HIIT. So I will run for like a minute or so at 8.5 mph and jog for 3-4 minutes at 5-6 mph and maybe walk for some minutes at 4.5 mph

    But all together it adds up to 45-60 minutes cardio.
    So that is what I want to know... how much cardio (total time for each cardio session) do you do on average and how often?

    - I haven't touched a weight since last June IIRC
