    legal steroids????

    First of all I'm new here, 43 m 198lbs, just joined a new gym after being absent for the last 6 yrs. I simply lost the desire. Now I'm back into it after recovering from a knee injury. Been back about 3 months now. I'm looking for info on so called legal steroids. In a lot of mags they're advertising D-Bol, Winni-V, Liq. Anodrol, Test Suspension, Masterbolan, HGH, Equidren, Omifen, and much more. I've done a little research and reading, was leading towards Winni-V & D-Bol. What do you all think? do you have a better suggestion? Of course I'm looking for the best bang for the buck. I take in about 125 grams of protein, Creatine, (which makes me feel like I'm going to hurl) what's causing that, daily multi, and amino acids. all info would be appreciated.

    Judging by your current routine (VAST underintake of protein) you are not even close to ready.

    And the products you describe are DHEA scams, and will do nothin for muscle growth.

    your not ready for anything close to steriods. You need to do more research PH/DS or AAS have serious side effects that can end badly or cost thousands. Your better off improving your nutrition/training/sleeping patterns. If you must get something get a decent supplement stack nothing that will hurt you if you mess up.

    Scams....

    You need to be taking in a lot more then 125g of Protein

    Creatine shouldn't make you feel sick. Are you taking some fancy product? Just take cheap, effective creatine mono with your pwo shake.

    Throw some fish oil in there too.

    Maybe look into naturaly test boosters like Bio Forge, Activate Xtreme, etc... You're not ready for the real thing.

    a llarge chunk of designer steroids were pulled from shelves by the fda early this month.

    not sure about whats left out there, but there are ones that work.

    do some research on designer steroids/prohormones currently available, pct, diet training and sleep schedules catered towards people on these products.

    at your age though, i'm sure you could easily hit an anti aging clinic and get some test e or hgh.

    thanks all, I was looking on this site, I mentioned those steroids listed by SDI-LABS, which I now know is crap. I can easily double my protein intake if that's what I need, so at 198lbs how much protein should I take? not to maintain, but gain. and I should drink how much water with my creatine? (it's GNC) got it free.
    so what would be a good stack for me? not meaning steroids... brand names, and what they do, how to take, when to take,

    You should be pulling in at least 275-300 grams.
