From Wiki
The Haitian Revolution (1791?1804) is the period of violent conflict in the French colony of Saint-Domingue, leading to the elimination of slavery and the establishment of Haiti as the first republic ruled by blacks. Although hundreds of rebellions occurred during the slave era, only the revolt on Saint-Domingue, beginning in 1791, was successful in permanently abolishing slavery. The Haitian Revolution is the only successful slave revolt in human history, [1] and, as such, is regarded as a defining moment in the history of Africans in the new world.
France was at the losing of the only successful slave revolt in human history

Swedish men?s enlightened attitudes toward equality and gender roles make them among the best potential husbands in the developed world, a recent study shows.
This means that they're basically doormats.
Also, this political party gained 1% of the vote in 2004

SPARE a thought for Swedish feminists whose newly formed party is disintegrating after hardliners presented a manifesto advocating a ?man tax?, the abolition of marriage and the creation of ?gender-neutral? names.
Sweden already boasts one of the highest levels of female participation in the workplace and some observers questioned the need for a feminist party in a country whose women account for half the seats in parliament.
When it was founded six months ago, polls showed that a quarter of voters would consider supporting Feminist Initiative in elections next year because of rising domestic violence against women and higher salaries for men.
That goodwill seems to have faded after the party?s recent founding congress, however, when radicals such as Tiina Rosenberg, a professor of gender studies, appeared to have secured control of the agenda. The resulting platform included proposals for abolishing marriage and changing the law to let people who undergo sex change operations legally alter their names.
The party called also for the creation of more ?gender-neutral? names such as ?Robin? or ?Norva? that could apply to a boy or a girl. At present parents must choose names from an official list for boys or girls.
She advocates what she calls a ?man tax to cover the cost of violence against women in the home? but has stopped short of endorsing the opinions of Ireen von Wachenfeldt, who until recently ran one of Sweden?s largest state shelters for battered women. In a recent television documentary called The Gender War, she proclaimed: ?Men are animals.?

I wouldn't class Japan, Germany or France as beta since they are some of the wealthiest economies in the world today and have all had times in history as powerful countries.
I'd agree with whoever said Mexico, they were owned by the USA in the Mexican-American War, have always been poor, plagued with problems, never been a strong or stable country, etc.

Our cities were bombed to smitherines!
Churchill made a point of never surrendering. Even in the event of a German invasion he had a secret army set up to drive the German forces back.
Surrendering to the Nazi's is pretty beta. Especially when you're supposed to be one of the top 5 European world powers. And then to make fun of the other countries that refused to surrender...wow.
