    I heard a reference to the same sort of thing a while ago. Apparently colon cancer rate is extremely low in india.....could be their diet I suppose!?, but could also be the fact they mostly squat low to crap....before wiping their arse with their own hand.

    Thats why it's rude in India to shake hands with the right hand, or was it the left!?

    that will piss a lot of people off
    Being a real lifter is not about a number, or a medal, or somebody else telling you that you are a real lifter. It is about commitment to the iron and strength of purpose.

    I have no problem going deep. It is an important factor in WL but I see a lot of people crying about pains from going low. I think they are all pussies.

    my girlfriend's friend has a toddler who's just learning to walk and it's wonderful to see how he moves...
    any time he has to pick something up off the ground he goes down in a perfect a2g squat, grabs it, then stands back up.

    it's natural.

    i lift for sports... rugby...

    i guess i have only been doing atg front squats for this year... always did things pl style based for both front squat and back squat... this year been atg front squatting and back squatting to parallel with O lifting stance...

    think i will try atg back squat for first time ever in a couple of hours or so... going to be an ego breaker!!!

    lol funny vid.

    I made a decision a few years ago to only squat ATG, and haven't looked back since. Sometimes on real heavy sets I may miss complete ATG by an inch, but it's still deep as hell. The first thing EVERYONE says when they see me squat is "wow you go low." To be honest, it has given me tremendous hip, back, and ankle flexibility.
