You should really record yourself brah. Gotta make sure that your knees go behind ankles when you sit back. Good squats though.
I used to have an AVI of my traps and neck. I changed it a while back and tried editing my user title but this website is glitched and it will not let me change it anymore.

Yea, once I get settled into a gym I'll do it. I'm probably gonna end up joining this gym a few miles a way from me, I think it has everything I need. So maybe in a few weeks I'll record it. But I'm pretty sure my knees are going behind my ankles, today I was making sure, but I guess it's hard to tell when the bars on my back! Thanks .

I suck even worse than I though I did at squats. There's either 2 reasons for my box squat being so much higher:
1. My glutes+hams grew much more from my 3-4 months of max effort deadlifting and half-assing squats then my quads
2. I'm box squatting wrong
Squats
I'm going down very slowly, and I'm pausing briefly at the bottom. Depth wise: I'm definitely below parallel, close to atb

No need to pause at the bottom of your squat, and also you should be able to free squat more than what you box squat. Box squatting if done right is more difficult than free squat. It forces you to disengage the hips on the box and then explode up. In a free squat you have that constant tension and reflex on the muscles.

Thanks guys, so on Friday when I squat again I'll try to bounce out of the bottom. Also, as I said, once I get settled into the new gym I'll make a for check video for my box squats (I really am worried about the form, I don't ego lift). Well, off to go sign up to a gym!
Edit: I also think one of the reasons I was pausing was because I was so used to box squats. Last Friday was the first time doing a conventional for about 2 months
