yeah its awesome, hes alot less strong but ik hell stick with me. also his dad was a bodybuilder like 20 years ago, he knows his **** its awesome

thats sick, when I had a workout partner it seemed hed catch up to the weight I was doing in a couple of weeks it was so weird. My dad's freind is a former Pro bodybuilder and I train with him sometimes, its pretty cool.

Kozy's from ipswich which is like 15 minutes from me. I live in topsfield, like 30 minutes north of boston. Also laxxer lives in eastern mass somewhere, i played his team in football this year.

wednesday november 25th off day

notes *i've decided i'm eating like absolute ****, after thanksgiving im monitoring my cals at about 2600 off day 3000 on day until smolov is over, then slowly cutting at probably 2000 and 2200 or around there. my goal is to cut for 3 months until february at about 1lb a week, losing 12lb to get to a solid 170lb at 12 or so bodyfat
*diet was awful today

dietmeal 1: 1 whole grain bagel 3 tb peanut butter
meal 2: went to a buffet, soo many chicken wings, some mashed potatoes andd other vegetables
meal 3: 2 scoops myofusion 2 cups milk
meal 4: 4 slices meat lovers pizza, large spicy fries
meal 5: 2 scoops nitrocore 24 2 cups milk

im really excited for this upcoming cut, im gonna need alot of support from all my friends though to keep me going

damn no idea, what division did you say? and believe it or not i might not play football next year and focus on powerlifting, and also get a monday-friday job during summer and fall.

You will regret quitting football. Its makes highschool a whole lot more enjoyable. I'd really think about it before you quit. I quit hockey after playing it for like 12 years, biggest regret of my life because i was good at it and when i tried to start playing again after 2 years i sucked and it just wasnt the same. We just had to give speeches to the underclassmen telling them about how you grow a brotherhood and the season is one of the funnest times of your life, especially senior year football.
